Delivery time: Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) will be made within 3 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Transport damage must be claimed immediately upon receipt of the goods at the supplier. You will then inform Rikes Wollmaus about any transport damage found.

Terms of payment:

You have the following payment options

(Germany & EU)	In case of prepayment, the goods will be shipped after receipt of payment, provided that the goods are in stock. Goods in stock are reserved 5 days from receipt of order.
	Your Paypal account will be charged with the invoice amount after order completion. The shipment takes place immediately, as far as the goods are in stock.
	If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the goods are shipped.
(Germany)	"Sofort" is the direct transfer method of Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) without registration - from now on in the new Klarna design. We receive a real-time confirmation after the transfer is completed. This allows us to ship stock items and digital goods immediately - so you receive your purchases faster. The seller reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases. You can of course also pick up the ordered goods at our premises. For this purpose, please contact us using the contact details provided in the imprint.

"Standard" means shipping as a single shipment by land/sea. Please note that deliveries outside Europe may take several weeks!
